These somatic classes explore sensation over shape, using movement to strengthen and balance the body through the fascial network. Build resilience in your myofascial meridians while deepening connection, embodiment and empowerment.
Expect creative flows combining strength, flexibility, and playful exploration; including inversions, arm balances and primal movement patterns. You don't need to be advanced, just open to a challenge and expanding your circle of comfort.

My name is Dulcie Mitchell. I am a yoga and movement teacher based in Wells-Next-The-Sea. I believe that there is no one wholly perfect movement discipline. Movement is medicine for the mind and the body and both need a holistic approach with a balance of ease and effort, challenge and release. I encourage this philosophy through my own practice and teaching style. In my classes, I love to incorporate a mixture of styles of yoga and other disciplines such as primal movement, gymnastics drills, myofascial meridian sequencing and breath-work to create a well-rounded practice. I enjoy delivering a cocktail of disciplines in fun, creative flows that challenge, empower and inspire the body and brain. Strength and mobility takes a long time to cultivate. My objective is to create the space for you to enjoy the journey every time you step onto your mat.
